Red wines are best served in large wine glasses as this allow more air to come in contact with the wine , aerating and releasing its intricate aromas and flavours.
White and rose wines requires medium sized glasses so to keep the fresh aromas and allow the fruity characteristics to be directed toward the top of the glass.
Sparkling wines is best in condition in flute glasses so to enhance the effect of the bubbles and preserve as long as possible. With a larger surface, the bubbles escape quicker.
